We deliver dry van storage trailers to your location for on-site storage. You use the trailer as long as you need (minimum 30 days). When you are done, we pick it up. No driving, no permits, no interchange — just storage space delivered to your door.

We contact you within 1 business day to confirm a delivery window that works for your site.
Delivery inspection photos
Our driver delivers the trailer and takes photos documenting condition. You confirm placement.
Active rental
Use the trailer for on-site storage. Contact support for any issues. Extend online if needed.
Extend or schedule pickup
When ready, request pickup through your account. We retrieve the trailer and return your deposit after inspection.
- •Placement permission confirmed with property owner or manager
- •Clear access path for tractor-trailer (minimum 12ft wide, 14ft high)
- •Level surface — paved or compacted gravel preferred
- •Clearance for swing doors to open fully (8ft minimum at rear)
- •You provide your own lock — we do not supply locks
- •Consider site security, lighting, and visibility
- •Storage use only — trailers are not for over-the-road use or interchange
- •Minimum rental term is 30 days
- •Customer is responsible for obtaining site permission
- •Damage or theft: customer responsible for contents; trailer damage assessed at pickup
- •Pickup requests must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance
Can you deliver inside the GTA?
We serve the Greater Toronto Area. Enter your postal code on the availability form to confirm your location is within our service area.
Do you provide locks?
No. You must supply your own lock. We recommend a high-security padlock or puck lock for trailer doors.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. You can extend online at any time before your rental ends. Same terms apply.
What happens at pickup?
Empty the trailer before pickup. Our driver inspects for damage and takes photos. Deposit returned within 5 business days if no issues.
